Excursions are held daily from Monday to Saturday, according to agreement and upon prior reservation. For foreign visitors, the brewery will also provide translators.

Jihlava Brewery is worth a visit. It has a long history behind it. The oldest written report on the Jihlava malting industry is probably from the first half of the 14th century. The first real malting statute was confirmed by the city council of Jihlava in 1579 and opened the way for Jihlava beer to distant markets — to the Viennese court, Ladislav Pohrobka, Emperor Frederick III or Archduke Charles of Styria and others. The aim of the exported beer was mainly Austria, while in the Czech Republic Jihlava beer enjoyed particular popularity, especially in Brno. The year 1859 was the beginning of the creation of a joint modern brewery in Jihlava, which was inaugurated on April 4, 1861.
