Zn.pr 2119, tel.: 565597551, e-mail: office@branajihlavy.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), is within the meaning of Act No 110/2019 Coll. on the Processing of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Controller”)The law') and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (hereinafter referred to as'Regulation“), the controller of your personal data, i.e. collects, stores and uses (and otherwise processes) your personal data for the performance of its activities. The individual purposes of personal data processing are further defined in this Privacy Policy.

All of your personal data may only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Controller is entitled to amend this privacy policy from time to time by updating it on the website www.dojihlavy.cz (hereinafter referred to as”Website“).

WHAT WE COLLECT

The Controller collects and processes the following personal data:

(i) Information that it obtains from its business partners in the event of the conclusion of a contract and which is necessary for the establishment of the contract and the implementation of the contractual relationship between the Controller and its business partner. This personal data includes:

  • Address/Correspondence Address
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Billing and payment details
  • Further information regarding the identification of the business partner and the services that are the subject of the contractual relationship between the Controller and the business partner

(ii) In the event that a proposal to conclude a contract is made by a non-operating natural person, the Controller processes the same personal data referred to in point (i) above

(iii) In case of placing an order on the Website, we process the following personal data:

  • First and last name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number

(v) In case of subscribing to the newsletter, we process your email address

(vi) When visiting the Website, we use Google Analytics to determine the behaviour of users on the website.

 

For what purpose we process personal data:

We process the identification, payment and contact data of our business partners and non-business individuals for negotiations on the conclusion, amendment or performance of a contract, if the communication is aimed at negotiating the conclusion, modification or performance of the contract. The processing period is defined by the duration of the specific contractual relationship and subsequently by the statutory limitation periods, or by the duration of copyright property rights, if they are the subject of a contractual relationship.

In the event of a legitimate interest or if we have the appropriate consent to do so, we use the contact details (email/telephone number) of the business partners to send marketing communications about products and services or to inform the public.

We may also use all of the above data to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. for the purpose of recovering any claims and ensuring the protection of our legal rights).

We also process personal data for the fulfilment of our legal obligations (in particular the fulfilment of tax, payment and statistical obligations), for a period stipulated by the relevant legal regulations.
